LASER CUTTING

Laser technology, applied to the cutting of metal sheets, has been widely adopted thanks to the undoubtable quality of its precision, finish and lack of deformation on the finished item. It is also able to achieve very complex geometries, even at high cutting speed, without overheating the piece.
We achieve these results by employing a TRUMPF 5000 W system for plates, working range 3000×1500 mm, assisted by an automatic 100 pallets STOPA storage module computer controlled for continuous cycles and unmanned operation.
We also have on stock aluminum alloys and stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316, different types of special steel varying in thickness and finish, satin, hot-rolled, cold-rolled, polished.

Working range 1500X3000mm:
– stainless steel from 0,2 mm to 15 mm
– carbon steel from 0,8 mm to 20 mm
– aluminium from 0,2 to 10 mm
