METAL SHEETS POLISHING

Having designed and built the system inside our offices, the sheets are polished with exclusive roller brushes that guarantee an excellent finished result and superior reflecting qualities.
The mirror finish, by eliminating polluting particles, confers high mechanical, physicochemical and hygienic performances which strengthen the surface against bacteria.
The treatment is suitable for finishing furniture products.
Polishing on two sides in line with final protection of the worked surface by laser application of the protective PVC film.
Maximum workable dimensions:
– 10995x2000x20mm
– 11300x1500x20mm

Upon request, the treatments can be verified and certified through the use of a Glossmeter and a roughness tester.
